Utah-based tire recycling equipment manufacturer adds coloring capability
Known for its complete line of tire shredding and size reduction equipment, Eco Green is expanding its capabilities with its technology and machinery for coloring rubber. The new rubber colorized equipment line is designed with automatic controls to accurately monitor colorant usage and to adjust colorant application rates and output. The system can also be outfitted with accessory equipment, such as drying trommels, conveyors, feed bin and bagging stations, the company said.
The ECO rubber colorized line high coloring capacity –up to 10,000 lbs per hour—places it among the most efficient and cost effective systems in the market today, the company said.
“Our line has the capability to color a wide range of material sizes from 10-20 mesh rubber granules, to 1-inch chunks and rubber buffing,” Eco Green President Brad Swenson said..” This system is by far the most versatile and effective coloring line in the market,” he said.
The new systems features a wide array of colors ranging from subtle, natural earth tones to warm yellow and vibrant magenta, that the company says won’t fade or bleed.
