Designed to be visually appealing, the new recycled rubber HD Eco-Walls from Eco Flex are more than that.
Their tongue and groove joints give the finished wall the look of a high end wood wall and their tongue and groove construction is easy to install and adds strength to the structure. The walls are reinforced with a patented rigid spine assuring their durability and performance in almost any location.
The Eco Wall creates privacy wherever its installed blocking out traffic noise and other sounds. The walls are easy to place, relocate or remove as needed.
Manufactured with 100 percent recycled tire rubber content, the HD Eco-Wall is a product of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada-based Champagne Edition Inc.’s Eco Flex brand. The company began processing passenger tires in 1992 to produce crumb rubber and use it in manufacturing high value, end use recycled rubber products.
Eco Flex operates out of a 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility near Edmonton and has a second 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Ballico, California. All of the raw material used in Eco Flex’s manufacturing process is drawn from sources in Western Canada and California, the company said.
In addition to the HD Eco-Wall, Eco Flex manufactures traffic safety products as well as commercial and industrial products.
